This bread is both gluten-free and vegan. While I do not list it as allergen-free, it is because one of my grain mixes does contain non-GMO soy flour. I am personally allergic to soy, but I do not have a reaction to my bread.
This bread IS the softest bread I have ever made, and beats all of the others I tested hands-down for being as close to regular bread.
As for its size, it’s HUGE. Unlike others you have tried that are small and dinky, and even full of air hole voids, this loaf is a whopping 12″ long, and 6″ x 6″ in height and width.
I pre-slice the bread for you and then pack it in a bag where I remove nearly all of the air so that it remains fresh until the day that it’s opened.
SOLD AS: 1 Loaf
While this bread arrives fresh, we highly recommend that you place it into your freezer for future use since it only takes about 30 minutes to re-soften once removed from the freezer.
